Sustainable Development and the Environment

What is experience of the least developed countries with poverty reduction strategy papers (PRSPs)? Which countries have developed the underlying process and developed social strategies which have involved the key players effectively (government, industry, civil society, donor community)? What learning has occurred between countries using PRSPs? Is the PRSP approach a new form of conditionality? Will it work?
