The following information is available for this conference.
BY INVITATION ONLY The central issue for this conference is the fact that most proposals for 'reform' of the international development architecture are made by Northern governments and experts. The perspectives of developing country governments, civil society, and expers are seldom, if ever, heard. The North-South Institute and its Southern research partners will present key findings and policy recommendations from a two-year research programme on southern views on how the development architecture should be reformed.
